Refund Policy

Cancel up to 24-hours in advance, no charges will apply. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a four-hour minimum of the agency fee and sitter fee will apply. Unfortunately, there can be no exceptions to this policy.

All cancellations and changes to reservations must be done through Leisure Lifestyle.
