Positioning CLA as the employer of choice for support workers on the Fraser Coast.

Your Marketing Machines (YMM), a marketing strategy agency in Brisbane, contacted us to create video and photography content for their client Community Lifestyles Agency as part of their content strategy.

The challenge

The YMM team had conceptualised the overall concept for this project, but the final deliverables were to be recommended by Brown Fox. Our team had several meetings leading up to a one-day shoot in both Maryborough and Hervey Bay. We were not able to previously location scout the area before the shoot, so were required to be very creative from both a filming and logistic standpoint.

The result

We filmed with a team of 3 videographers and 1 photographer to ensure that we captured enough content for the edit. We conducted over a dozen interviews with staff and participants and also produced a total of 50 edited photos for marketing collateral. Video post-production resulted in two main videos - one targeted at attracting support workers, and one targeted at participants for their organisation. The feedback from the CLA and YMM teams was incredible and emotional as we had managed to showcase the passion and heart of their organisation. We are so grateful for this opportunity to work with an amazing client doing meaningful work!
